The Founders

Adv. Avital Klein

Adv. Klein has a proven track record as a legal advisor and an in-house attorney of a leading publicly traded investment house and long prior experience in Israel's largest and leading law firm.
Adv. Klein specializes in commercial law and complex agreements. She has a vast experience in general consulting, financing, M&A procedures, regulatory compliance issues and labor law.
She holds B.A in economics and LL.B (magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv university and a rank of Major in the IDF.
Adv. Klein serves as chair of the Cyber and Social Networks Committee at the Tel Aviv District of the Israeli Bar.
Adv. Klein is a certified mediator by the Israeli Bar.

Adv. Gregory Faust Korchemny

Adv. Korchemny specializes in all aspects of the civil, commercial, criminal and administrative litigation, including complex corporate litigation, class actions, derivative law suits, and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Adv. Korchemny has deep understanding of commercial law, civil law, data security and privacy law, tort and labor law both from the extensive practice and from the academical perspective.
He holds LL.B and LL.M in commercial law (magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University and is legal consultant to the IDF.
